Weekly bookings run from
Friday to Friday, arrival after 4pm and departure by 10am. Long weekend or
mid-week breaks are available Friday to Monday, or Monday to Friday.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is payable on booking and the balance payable four weeks prior to arrival. Cheques payable to Mrs D J Lawrence, BACS details avaliable on request.
If the holiday is cancelled during the four weeks leading up to your stay, a refund will only be made if we are able to let the property. We therefore recommend you consider taking up holiday insurance to cover this risk.
