Weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday, arrival after 4pm and departure by 10am.  Short breaks are based on either a long weekend or mid-week,  Friday to Monday - 3 nights, or Monday to Friday - four nights. 

The above prices  are based on four people sharing Whippletree Cottage or two people sharing either The Engine House or Wharfingers Cottage.  There is an additional charge for extra guests making use of the settee beds or fold up beds.

Last minute reductions available in Whippletree Cottage for two people sharing.

RUSTIC ROMANCE

Celebrating an anniversary, birthday or other special occasion?  For an additional payment of £95 per booking we will make your stay a trip to remember with extra romantic touches.  On arrival you will find chilled champagne, red roses, an exotic fruit basket and delicious chocolates.  There will be romantic touches to the decoration of your bedroom and various extra treats can be booked and paid for in advance.  These include a personal massage or yoga session in your cottage or at a yoga studio nearby, a visit to the Thermae Bath Spa, a balloon ride or a special dinner for two delivered to your door.  Click on Rustic Romance for further details.

For all reservations a non-refundable deposit of 30% is payable on booking and the balance payable six weeks prior to arrival.

Terms and Conditions You have access to your cottage any time after 4pm on the day of arrival.  We ask that all cottages be  vacated by 10am on the day of departure.  This is essential to allow adequate time to clean and make good before the next arrivals.  It may be possible to leave baggage with us during the day of arrival or departure, please ask when booking.

Whilst we accept there may be the odd accidental breakage, we expect guests to leave the property in a reasonable condition and a charge will be made if unwarranted damage has been caused by guests.

Once we have received your deposit and booking confirmation you are committed to making full payment for the holiday and we suggest you consider holiday insurance in case circumstances prevent you from taking your holiday.  If you cancel your holiday for any reason, the full payment will still be due.  If we are able to re-book the dates you have cancelled then you will receive a refund of the charges, less our administration fee of £25.

Please note guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety and security of their belongings and vehicles.  Guests are asked to ensure all members of their party are aware of the health and safety information given regarding their stay.
